The Role – Sales & Marketing Assistant

This is not your average admin job. We want someone who can get stuck in, think creatively, and help us reach more car lovers around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and managing customer orders efficiently across platforms
• Creating engaging content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Managing and optimising product listings on online marketplaces (eBay, Etsy, Shopify, etc.)
• Coming up with creative sales campaigns and promotions to grow the brand
• Providing excellent customer service and support
• Spotting trends and competitor activity, and suggesting new opportunities
• Having a genuine impact on the growth of Whipd Automobilia

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone self-motivated who thrives on working independently
• A creative thinker with an eye for sales and marketing
• Experience with social media platforms and e-commerce listings
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A flair for visuals, design, photography, or video editing (a bonus, not essential)
